View Full Version : Serial Number Decoder ring
Looking at a used Moots, year not stated in the ad.
I know the first 2 digits are the size, but do the other digits reveal the build date?

Send an email to Moots (info@moots.com) with your serial number.
You're right that the first 2 numbers are the size.
It should be followed by either a "M" (indicates frame was manufactured after ~mid-90s) or a letter "O" (indicates frame was manufactured after ~2011).
The last 4 digits somehow indicate the numeric order they were built.

Already did that, just didn't want to have to wait til monday.
It has an M, so at least I know it's 10+ years old.
Thanks!
