I’m having trouble finding a good rear light that will mount on my aero seat post. Most lights are made for common round style seat posts. Can anyone recommend a brand that makes a aero style adapter? Thanks.

Planet bike makes a rubber clamp just for this purpose.

You can use any of their tail lights, or PDWs tail lights. They mounts are interchangeable.

Example: aero clamp bracket and PDW Aether demo Tail light setup I move between bikes myself.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190126/f3462f06baeff3f3e82551648e118ff8.jpg

You can find these on sale all the time.
They work 3 to 4 hours on high flash for day time.

Light & Motion makes great products and here’s their mount for aero posts.

Yes. I have the L&M light and it's a good one and their adapter works well on my Giant with an aero post.

Is a light that mounts on the saddle rails an option for you? If so, the Lupine Rotlicht is an excellent option.

Cygolite Hotshot has a flexible (rubbery) mount strap that fits round and aero. Pretty well regarded light.

A Knog brand light might work for you. Mine mounts with a stout rubber band/o-ring system that includes several sizes of straps for different mounting needs.

Cateye makes a couple of different lights that will fit aero seatposts. But I consider them night time lights, not daylight ready.

I hate auto correct. I swear that "Cateye" stayed after I typed it.

I thought almost all rear lights used the stretchy band? Well anyway, here is a really bright 250 lumen job that will even light you up during broad daylight: https://www.amazon.com/Lezyne-Zecto-Max-Drive-Taillight/dp/B072NXX76P/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1530203725&sr=8-1&keywords=lezyne+zecto+drive+max+250 This is the brightest tail light I've found for the price.

There is a smart 300 Lumen tail light that autos from flashing brighter and faster as cars approach, as well as notify you if your bike is moved or notify emergency contact if you crash, but that thing cost $138 (they have dropped the price by $90 and raised the lumens by 50 on this year's models) however for that money you also get a front 400 lumen flasher included, so not really a bad deal considering all that comes with it, anyway see: https://seesense.cc/collections/see-sense-icon2/products/see-sense-icon2-front-and-rear-set-pre-order

The Bontrager Flare R that I use also has a strap that can be used on round or aero seat posts.

Pretty sure you don't need a new light. Sounds like you need a new custom rig:
