Hard to believe from watching this video...

https://youtu.be/uvojIfdmSR8

Spanish actor and friends riding to raise charitable funds for Rett syndrome, a brain disorder affecting children.

And the driver?

Rummaging around on the floor trying to pick up his cell phone. :crap:

The audio is more frightening than the video, yikes.

Still frame screen shot.

When this happens to you, let the bike absorb the impact and just relax, floating gently over the car... which is moving at 80-90 km/hr.

Miraculous.

That is gut wrenching.

What was the driver thinking trying to pass on the right of the support car?

One of the forum sponsors recently lost a son to Retts. It's one of the few charities I give to.

The most incredible thing is that they say that nothing happened to them.

The driver must have been doped to not been albe to see the car that was next to them, this really sucks and good nothing happened.

They weren't seriously hurt because they weren't wearing earbuds!

(At least, not in both ears...)
