Is this shady? Ibis Ripmo

Ok paceline people. Check out this craigslist ad. It appears to my not very well trained eye that the bike in the first picture is different than the bike in subsequent photos. Looks like bike#1 has a factory level shock and XO cranks. agree? should I just walk away now.

apart from the first pic not matching the rest, i do not think that the ripmo is offered at a great price at all by the seller. one can get a gx build from comp cyclist at $5099. and since the pics show a factory level fork, i believe the seller that he paid over $5500 for the bike.

so, buying a used bike for $5100 when you can get it brand new for $5500 from any LBS...why would you even want to do it?

what am i missing? what makes this CL ad even worth looking at as a potential buy? or is the bike on the CL ad a complete XO1 level bike?

I don't know how shady it is, but it looks like he downgraded a couple parts before selling. He needs to explain this and adjust the price.
