Sad news indeed. It seems like so many folks that I liked are passing (John Mahoney, Neil Simon, Burt Reynolds to name a few)- I guess it's my generation aging.

A "League of Their Own" is one of my fav baseball movies - the sentimentality just seems to hit me in the right place.

RIP Penny - you made the world a funnier place.
