I am ready to build up a frameset that I have with 11s campy. I want to use white cables on this build.
I see that campy offers a set of white cable housings and well as jagwire brand.
Is there much if any difference in the way that these two cable sets function?
I have always used campy brand cables and housing and have been happy with their function.

Use Campag inner wires and Jagwire lined housing or Jagwire Campag specific cable kit with white housing...or the Campag stuff..it all works well. 4mm der housing and 5mm brake housing and NO FERRULES for der or brakes in the ERGO levers..please. :)

Is this always the case? re: ferrules. Even in 10 speed?

10s ERGO(and STI)...ders-yes, brake housing NO...Only ERGO that called for brake housing ferrules was very first gen, 1991/2, using a metal ERGO body..
8s, 9s and 10s..always called for a ferrules for the der housing BUT 2009, Gumby shape..10s and 11s..4mm der housing and NO ferrules for der or brake housing.

I have dug out way too many brake ferrules out of 2008 and older ERGO levers..they stay in there, they cut the housing, they goon up how the brakes work..leave 'em out people...

Your doggy seems a little sad about that choice. Or maybe he wants a bike too.

Is he an older dog? I love older dogs, they have experience.

Probably why I prefer classic and vintage bikes - same reason - they have experience too.

we adopted him a year or so ago. They thought he was 2 but I think he is a little older, but not super old (I think maybe 4?)

The thing with him is sometimes he looks like a puppy and sometimes he looks like an old man.

we got super lucky, he is the best. Such a well behaved and loving dog. He also loves frisbee and can catch 8/10 of them, the little dude can get some air.
