SF bike rentals (upper Haight)

Going to daughters graduation over this coming weekend, and will be staying with friends on the Upper Haight. Been a long time since I was in San Fran, and would love to rent a decent bike and ride, if I can find the time. Sort of relive memories of being a bike courier there, while attending Cal. Any recommends would be appreciated.
