Looking for a new 1x11 crankset for my 2015 Specialized Fatboy (pedal threads on existing cranks are pretty messed up).
https://www.specialized.com/us/en/fatboy/p/65549
From what I can tell, the frame uses a PF30 BB, and the rear spacing is 190mm. I would like to be able to run a 30t chainring. Not looking for anything carbon or super fancy, just reliable. I am running a GX 11 speed RD, if that matters.
I just want to make sure I buy the right thing before I pull the trigger. Will the SRAM GX 1400 1x work, and if so, I assume I need the 30mm interface?

Thanks for the help!

I think all you'd need is the adapters for PF30 to GXP to slip into the bearings before you install the crank and you should be good to go. I'm not 100% sure as I've only had threaded 100mm but if your actual BB Shell is 100mm and your bearings are in the cups (not outboard) then it should be fine and I see no reason why something like a Wheels Mfg kit wouldn't do the trick.

Edit - make sure whatever 1x crank you get has the 5" (as SRAM calls it) offset chainring. The older 1x SRAM only came with 170/177 rear end offsets as far as I'm aware. The crank arms fit fine but the chainlink was more narrow.

FWIW there are a few threads on mtbr about getting the right chainline with spacers. Wheels manufacturing makes a spacer kit, and a nice press in/threaded bottom bracket. I’ll be swapping my crankset out for a race face turbine once I get a 170mm spindle.
