I picked up a lightly used Bowflex Extreme2 10+ years ago and have used it intermittently over the years.
The resistance rods are now permanently bent outward. Dr. Google suggests that they can be loosened and turned 180 degrees so that the bend is inward.
Dr. Google has provided no evidence that this tweak restores some/all of the original resistance.
Has anyone done this? Or should I just order a couple of sets of new rods?
