New Berthoud bar-end mirrors

These are very small and inconspicuous, not like most bar-end mirrors that flare out. I'd be tempted to try one, if not for the price.

Mirrors are ailly looking but these are the best I have seen but that is steep for pricing for sure. Its berthous so quality will be high.

Nof a mirror but just got a garmin varia, its on sale for $150, so still more expenaive than this mirror but after a first ride with it yeaterday, its a game changer for me. I ride solo 99% of the time and that thing blew me away.
Sometimes there were 3/4 cars in a row, it announced all if them.
You also get a light so this new version has 2 uses.

+100. Started with left only and found that it was helpful in a group so added one of the right (plus now my handlebars remain symmetrical:)) They don't mount on a fat bike and I find myself really missing it when I'm on the road out to my trails.

Also have the Varia on my Christmas list. Everyone who has one raves about it.

I'd love to put a bar end mirror on my commuting bike, a Salsa Fargo, but haven't found one that works with the woodchipper bars. The flare is greater than the mirror's ability to adjust. I could use something that extends out from the bars, but I'm already pretty wide and anything more obtrusive than a Sprintech seems problematic.
