Yet another Bottom Bracket Question: Giant Advanced Pro 0 ->BB30 Crank

Hi there, looking for some Paceline wisdom.

I'm looking at this bike, Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0, and want to move my SRAM Force BB30 crankset/Power meter over to it. The Force CX1 BB30 crankset that I have is the long spindle BB30, unlike the Red BB30 spindles.
Stock details say:86mm wide BB design, comes with Shimano Pressfit installed.
What bottom bracket do I need?

Neither are a the best option, but if you want to keep your crank then it looks like they'll have to do.

The other link you provided is indeed a Rotor product. They have great customer service, and you should give them a call (located in Utah) to confirm. Standardards are pretty tough to adherehere to! Just kidding.

The second pic in the FSA link clearly shows that the BB is made for adapting a BB86 bottom bracket to the BB386 crank standard, which the Force 1x cranks are equivalent to. Whether it will work WELL is a different matter entirely, as FSA is schizophrenic when it comes to design and quality control.

The bigger issue for the FSA solution though would be the two rows of smaller balls.

Hambini adapters are indeed nice, but there's no option for fitting a 30mm diameter spindle in a BB86 shell.

Ugh, threaded BB's were a much simpler time. Perhaps grabbing a GXP crank and GXP BB would be cheaper and better.

oh, and just you wait, these damn pressfits wheeze and squeak more often than threaded BBs do...

though that said, Rotor and Wheel Manufacturing make good products. If you haven't dealt with pressfits before, make sure that everything actually fit snugly. One of my bikes require the usage of an expansion compound so that the BB won't move inside the BB shell...

You can just swap arms and keep the spider if you want. Though GXP arms are a bit harder to find than 30mm.

The bike the OP posted uses a BB86, NOT a PF30 wide or BB386. So the shell is 41mm ID x 86.5mm wide. Hambini doesn't offer BB86 to BB386 Evo adapters.
