Off the bike knee brace recs?

Inherited a trick knee from my dad... on the bike it’s kept in check. But walking down stairs can offer some unexpected complications.

Anyone here have similar issues? Any knee braces you’d recommend?

I use kinesiology tape. Maybe try that first. Look for videos about taping for ITB issues. Use bandage prep and large rolls of it from Amazon.

yes, talk to an orthopedist.

to avoid wasting time, you need to figure out what the issue is before guessing what it is needed...too many brace options for different issues.
