Looks like the red car just ran thru the intersection (appears to be uncontrolled) and did not yield to vehicle already entering intersection (the van). Red car also appears to be speeding...

Cyclist seems to see van approaching...maybe slowing down?

Or course, the Cyrillic writing on side of van probably places this in Russia, so who knows what the rules of the road are there?

Regardless, the cyclist is darn lucky....:cool:

I'd consider getting hit by a truck to be pretty darned unlucky.
