fellow pacers, i need your expertise.
I have Silca Impero frame pump which i typically use on my frame with the Silca velcro strap. But i hate the strap. Is there any alternative other than sending the frame back to my builder to add a pump peg on the HT?
thanks a lot

Back in the day there was a clamp with a pump peg, but remember seeing it only in the seat tube, so no idea if it fits in the top tube as you want.

Remember too that back in the day we had only one set of water bottle cages, so we used the seat tube for the pump.

Try to find one and probably some mods you can come up with something.

sure, bunch of alternatives.

the quickest, but least aesthetically pleasing is to use a zip tie around the head tube, with the nub facing aft.

epoxying an appropriate sized ball bearing, with one edge ground flat works too.

Seatstays, use the QR lever as the "peg".
