I know how you feel, Fixed. You're never the same but you make it through. Grandma and you are in my thoughts...

stay strong pal

My grandfather went in a hospice back in 2002. it's tough, but it's truly the best way to go when someone is terminal

we were so impressed with the quality of care at the hospice, and the people working there. they really knew how to take people through that final stage.

You reap what you sow, and though that her legacy will live on. Take care,

Hang in there butch. Cherish the time with her. She is cherishing it with you. I will always remember the days I spent with my grandpa when he was dying of stomach cancer. In his lucid moments, we talked about a lot of things, like when we used to swim in the lakes with me as a little boy clinging to his back, or his days as a 19 year old german army soldier in a russian conceentration camp without any food. I wish I could have spent more time with him. You are doing the right thing.

Hang in there, fixed. I'll bet that you're appreciated more than you know.
