Tearing a wheel down to rebuild and have issue with removing some of my straight pull spokes.
Cannot remove one on driveside and four on nondrive.

Used alcohol and heat to facilitate some and thinking of soap and water soak next.

Any other suggestions?

what does "teardown" mean in this instance? Are you keeping the spokes and just replacing the rim?

Keeping spokes, add new rim.

Probably a good idea. those spokes aren't cheap thru Shimano

Using a Stans rim, Shimano not available, 20 spokes, 2 cross build.

Have to reverse spoke, hub to rim, remove Shimano nipplet to use a standard nipple at rim.

I have a pair of silver offset D/A 'scandium' tubular rims if anyone's interested

Oof. I would bet that you are not in for a fun time.
