Working on building my first bike. Could everyone help me with suggestions on appropriate torque settings?

Dura ace FD
Zipp carbon stem (using serotta clamp)
Ultegra cassette

They are going on a serotta TI

Thanks for any help

https://www.zipp.com/stems/sl-speed-stem/# says 6nm; don't know what stem you've got or if you meant the faceplate. Never go above 8nm without guidance is my guideline.

The cassette is 40nm.

The FD clamp does not need to be super tight, check Shimano's website.

...check Shimano's website.
All the torque specs for Shimano components are in their dealer manuals: http://si.shimano.com/#

If in doubt 5Nm is a good starting point for all stems and handlebars with 4mm hex bolts.

But yah, Shimano lists everything in their manuals. They're really good about it.

The Shimano cassettes have been 40 or 45Nm for as long as I can remember.

I've never seen it on a road bike but I actually had the XT FD on my MTB have it's clamp come loose. Happened about 2 weeks ago and caused the derailleur to twist on the seat tube a hair and mess up shifting... I put that bike together so long ago it probably never got torqued with a wrench. But that bike takes a ton of shock compared to a road bike.
