Have a number of serviceable jerseys that the hem elastic has dried out.
Would anyone know of someone that could replace the elastic?

Your local dry cleaners, which usually has a tailor on staff, can do the job. Or, you can send it to Kucharik (https://www.kucharikclothing.com/repairs.php). The have a great reputation.

I've done it, myself. Unstitching the old elastic is time consuming. I either cut the entire old hem off if there's sufficient length, or leave it in and sew the new elastic on the inside, over the old one. That's the short version, but they come out a virtually invisible repair.
