So I bought a couple of genuine rebuild kits a while back. Went to do the job today and the included calk was dried up completely. I borrowed some other type construction calk stuff from my neighbor and it was much more sticky and messy than the Speedplay stuff.
Do you know what type the Speedplay whitish stuff is and can I get it at a hardware store? Speedplay labels it silicone, but is it a specific type suited for this job?
