No, the spindle won’t be long enough on a BSA frame.

Pretty sure you can use the mtb spindle but q factor will be wonky

I've seen a few non C'dale BB30 frames sporting the Spidering cranks so I guess replacing the spindle with a longer one should work? But as mentioned, q factor will get iffy? Honestly think I would not be bothered with that with the type of riding I do...

BB30/PF30 is 68mm wide, which is what standard road Hollowgram spindles are intended for.

Threadfit 30 is much wider, since the bearings sit outboard of the BSA shell which is also 68mm.

If you tried to use a wide spindle with Hollowgram arms, the chainline would be way off...
