Winter Training....

......got me thinking about my bike. Would I be any
faster on a lighter one when on the trainer or
should I just stick with the heavy one ? :D

Make sure it is stiff, yet compliant and that it corners like on rails. Quick, yet stable is a good quality to look for too when looking for a trainer bike. Also, the 1 1/8 headtube is something I would never go without.

Trainers suck. Go to the spin class instead. More scenery.
