Just read this article and am a bit shocked. I realize there are some people who give cyclists a bad name, but this guy is over the top on stereotypes and assumptions.

You realize that the NY Post is a Murdoch paper, right? Different paper but same media family that brought us Dorothy Rabinowitz a couple of years ago. No real surprise about either the underlying thought or the way in which it’s presented.

Steve Cuozzo does have a point. Sure; some of his argument is invalid or prejudiced, but I see more than a grain of truth to his Op Ed.

This.

He has made billions off of division. We are better off ignoring anything with which he is involved.

Would love to chime in, but I am morally opposed to going to the Post's website. Total garbage.

Part of the reason only "white bros" bike is that it's scary and dangerous to ride without protected bike lanes. The author seems to have missed the point that these bike lanes don't help "white bros" they help all the other sorts of riders so that it's not just "white bros".
