Dumb bike storage question

I recently started hanging my FS MTB on a hook by the front wheel. Is this bad for either the fork or the shock?

I've heard of hydraulic brakes having air bubbles move around, just make sure they are properly bled and it shouldn't be problem. I've never had an issue, could be a made up issue, probably a bunch of conversations on MTBR about it haha

Not at all. If anything is leaking, you need to replace it. Thinking old fork/shock seals. The only brakes I’ve ever had that needed bleeding after they were hung upside down were sram.
