Yes. Quite good. Not as good as Campagnolo, bu as good or better than Carbon-Ti or WR, better than Miche.

Everything PMP is good.

The one question now to ask is whether they will service or supply parts for older hubs after their recent merger with Noxon. They changed a lot of things, products, focus. I do not know, you will have to ask them that.

Built a set with a pair Archtypes, they were great, especially for the price.

I have them on my Serotta mountain bike. They’re both lovely and loud. :)

I didn't know PMP got purchased. A small floud of the hubs has appeared on the ebay.

Yes, by Noxon, around last year or so.

That is why it might be best to contact PMP/Noxon first regarding any future service issues (parts availability, etc) before purchasing any on eBay, etc. I have no idea how a bunch of PMP hubs ended up in the Ukraine, but maybe they had some production there, etc.
