420mm A-C Road bike disc fork

Anyone know where to find one without going custom? Some mounts would be nice, and tapered also a bonus but not required.

Edit: It's got to fit some big rubber to, 27.5x2.2 or so and 29x50 ish

I am looking for a disc fork, forgot to put that in the original post. That Salsa fork is about right, thanks. I didn't see it listed on the Salsa website. Color is pretty ugly and weighs a ton though...

Unless you come across some carbon unicorn thems the breaks on the weight front with such a fork. They shouldn't list it so one can remain ignorant.
