The most foolish person is the seller who will make but a small amount on the sale of the bike and place himself or herself in the position of facing a very large claim for potential injuries due to the condition of the frame.

What a joke. The sad thing is I have a ciocc of the same vintage in blue and its a great riding frameset.

I would run like hell from any steel Ciocc of that vintage, repaired or otherwise. I was given 2 frames by a sponsor many years ago and they both eventually broke, the first within a year. I'm not a big guy.
