Building up a new bike and I noticed that now there are internally compatible handlebars, mainly for di2 folks but nice for mechanical groups also. I like a clean look should I purchase one of these? Pro Vibe has a nice bar any other suggestions?

Most high-end 3T road handlebar are now set up for internal cable routing.

And of course, aero road bars from most manufacturers are designed for internally routed cables (although their airfoil shaped bar tops aren't always designed for comfort).

Thing to watch out for is where the levers will be installed and the resulting der housing/inner wire 'bend' from the shifter to the hole in the handlebar. 'Some' make for a really severe bend which can influence the (mostly) rear der action..
