Shed some weight recently and looking to stay in more respectable shape from now on.

This 20 year old analog scale was never very good.

Anyone find a good, accurate, consistent digital bathroom scale?
I don't care for the extras, just give me my weight accurately and consistently. I'm OK to spend more as long as I get what I pay for.

Tanita BF-680W, or similar. ~$40-$50. Good product, IMO.

+1 on the Tanita scales. Accurate in my experience, and the body composition (fat, water, muscle, bone, etc) is handy. I find the body fat pct is a good data point alongside weight.

Tanita and Withings are both good, yup. I used a Tanita for 20 years and switched to Withings for API integration with Golden Cheetah & Zwift.

Having it sync automatically with Zwift removes any subconscious desire for weight doping.. ha. :)

I like the Withings for integration with TrainibgPeaks

I'll be selling my withings scale as soon as someone wants to buy it...body analyzer thing that does weight, bmi, weather, air quality, etc with app integration.

My Tanita may not be traceable to the bureau of standards but is incredibly repeatable.

unless you are using multiple scales, or need to hit a specific weight for a weigh-in or something, accuracy isnt terribly important in a home scale, as long as the readings are consistent.

i like my withings, even though the company is now sold to Nokia Health.

weigh in in the morning, tells me the trend in weight, co2 concerntration in the room, and what todays weather will be. i think the trending is cool.

Withings recently bought the company back from Nokia, because Nokia was running it into the ground.

Exactly. Merely use THE SAME SCALE for your weigh-ins. It's close enough.

I have a Tanita HD-357. Displays only weight. I weigh myself once a week, after I awake and go to the bathroom. Accurate enough.

A scale? I find a mirror tells me all I need to know.:D
