What's scary is the number of them that aren't reported, or seen as not serious enough to talk about.

I'm from Albuquerque and all of my family is still there. I always think about buying a bike to keep there for when I visit, but I haven't gotten around to it and the drivers are a big reason why. It's scary enough dealing with them when I'm in my own 3,000 lb steel box, and I'm not sure I'd risk it on a bike.

I hope these cyclists heal up and that the perpetrators are brought to justice.
