Does anyone know if Innerlight Cycles or Cutter Designs/John Cutter are still building? Websites are dark and a cursory search didn't turn up anything recent.

John Cutter is not currently making bikes...he's busy building a house. Perhaps afterwards he will consider making more. I don't know the timing.
