Anyone else have trouble with shimano road pedals?

I get a slipping sensation in my right cleat with every rotation when i'm at the top of the downstroke. I thought it was the pedals (Ultegra 6800), so i put on a used pair of older Dura Ace pedals and now i'm feeling the same sensation in my left cleat but the right is totally fine. What gives?

I never have had that problem but have you checked the wear on your cleats? Maybe time for new ones.

Sounds like a wear issue, but also I don't believe the older DA pedals (10sp) are quite the same as the newer 6800 pedals (or newer 9000 DA pedals). Be sure that you are using the blue cleat on the newer ones.

Cleats were replaced 6 months ago and very low miles on them since then. Using the yellow as this is what shipped with my 6800 pedals.

Well....I thought the yellows matched up to the 6700 pedals but, I guess I could be wrong. When I changed to the 9000 pedals, my yellow cleats did not work well. The blue ones did though.

Cleats are the same. Just different float.

Try adjusting the spring tension?
