Help identify brand(model) of a folding bike

Anyone can tell brand/model of this bike based on the paintjob? Saw this bike for sale on the interwebs but the seller has not listed the brand is slow to respond to emails.

It could be a Tern....or a generic folding bike that any number of resellers slapped a label on.

Google "tern folding bike" under images and you will know what I mean.
