Fizik saddles - Open vs Versus EVO

Had a Aliante, liked it, but wished I could move around a bit more on it, and definitely need more relief.

After much reading and consideration, I think I've narrowed it down to the Antares, but unclear on the Open and Versus EVO models.

Who are they intended for and why would I choose each?

Try to find a dealer who has the test ride saddles.

Have you considered a dropper post? I think its the next thing for gravel bikes.

One has Fizik's version of a cut out (an innovation they resisted until 2018) and the other is their redesign of their original concession to the perineum relief crowd (it has a channel which isn't as wide as the original VS). The one with the cut out (Open) is similar to most saddles with that type of construction. The one with the channel (Versus) will dig into your butt cheeks more but flex less. I have a Versus, it's ok.
