Are there fender mounts on these sliding Paragon dropouts?

Sorry for the lack of a detail photo--it's from an eBay auction. Are there fender mounts, or am I wishing for them?

Secondly, anyone know this seller up in Ukiah? :D

I don't think Paragon makes a stock slider with fender bosses so Seven would've had to add them (plausible).

I don't see bosses in the pic.
