See article on DC Rainmakers site about new inRide sensor. Sounds like for $50 I can use Zwift or Trainer Road with real power. Of course the motor doesn't control tension on the trainer but it should be decent. Will plan to do this in the fall when I think about hitting the trainer in the basement.

I had a play on this at the weekend and it was fun, you can link it in to strava and ride all the segments uploaded. I rode Alpe D'Huez and the trainer matches the gradient on the climbs, and some of the descents (although I didn't notice them too much)
