Silca survey link??

I’m guessing many of you received a two question survey from Silca today that included a link to their sale page if you answered the two questions. I did and when trying to access the link surveymonkey closed the page and effectively locked me out. I tried retaking the survey but it won’t let me.

Can someone post the link? I’m just curious what might be available. I have a couple things I needto replace.
