there is just something about a Colnago in Ferrari Red that makes me drool.

Sold this Supercorsa before I ever even built it up. It was a beauty, but there were gaps in the welds underneath the fork where steerer tube met fork crown. Probably would have been OK, but it was a let down and I could never get myself to ride it. Safety first?

So now I'm riding a Mondonico and reasonably content.

But yes, a Colnago is a necessity down the road. That and a Bianchi X4.

This one is from City Bicycle Works in Sacramento. I've been trying to dig up a photo from its original build to no avail . Still rides great !

Dang it. You just had to start this thread. I recently had my Colnago EPS painted Ford Grabber blue. I now I wish I had gone with Saronni!!!!! Sometimes I hate you guys. Some great looking rides here. Keep them coming and I will try to enjoy my blue bike.

Might consider a respray at some point, to alleviate the Shimano logos/ Campy group clash, but love the Viper Red so much that for now at least, it's perfect. Amazingly enough, no one has even commented on the Shimano/Campy logo mishmash. Campy looks awesome on even non sponsor correct factory bikes.
