The new LG 86UK6570PUB is a ridiculously good value: $3700 for an 86" 4k TV was unheard of merely months ago. It's not one of their OLED panels but still has an excellent picture, and the LG brand has been very reliable.

That's crazy! I don't think a 70" TV would fit anywhere in our house!

I don't own a TV. I feel like I am in the dark ages. We just watch Netflix on a big computer monitor.

I have a 70" Vizio and am a big fan of it and them. They have three different 'levels' of features. Have a look at their website.

My 70" Vizio developed pale "splotches" in the bottom left that have continued to migrate across the screen. Not like dead pixels though. Visio was no help. Now pretty much the whole 1/3 bottom of the screen has them.

I don't know about 70, but the 65 tcl is an AMAZING value for 650 usd. 90% of an oled tv for 20% of the coin. Available everywhere. Audio needs a soundbar, but so what?

Big computer monitor = big TV at this point in time.

I got a Sony that was rated #1 at the time last year, looks great and amazing pic.

Rtings.com may help.

Don’t forget the sound...great tv needs great speakers.

Agreed big tv = big monitor. I use my tv as a monitor with an intel NUC as a Plex server and streaming races from around the globe with VPN.

We bought a 55" Vizeo a couple of years ago and at that time my wife was saying that it's too big... Since that time when we've been in places that sell big tv's I'll stop her and say that we "need" to replace the tv with whatever 70/80" tv that we happen to be walking by. For some reason she fails to see the humor...;)

i have a 70" vizio that i bought at walmart or costco, can't recall. picture is awesome. cost maybe in the 1.5k area.

friend of mine has an ultra high end audio video room in house. walls are triple thick sheetrock as well as sound barrier underlayment, the room has its own 100 amp subpanel to run things, it's that level of complexity. sound is beyond amazing, but the t.v. picture....honestly if he stuck my t.v. in there and told me it was his, i wouldn't know the difference.

that's my $0.02.
