Athena 11 speed shifters
Potenza medium cage RD
Potenza FD
Centaur 11-32 cassette
Centaur 10 50x34 crankset

Any conflicts? I'm looking to build an all silver group. I know I could get close to that with Potenza levers, but that black inner shift lever is a bit much for my very sensitive aesthetic tastes.

hmmm, I first said would work perfectly but pretty sure it won't. Athena is pre 2015 and potenza is post and that is when things changed.

everything else is fine. Why not just buy an athena RD in silver?

nevermind, hard to find now

It will work fine. On one of my bikes, I am using all Athena except for a Potenza crank and rear drlr. It works very well. I am using a 12-29 but that won't matter.

That will work fine for sure. All 2015+ so no problem.

It'll work fine. The whole pre-post 2015 gig is overplayed. I've used post 2015 rear ders on pre 2009 10s systems and they work fine.

How hard is it to replace just the inner shift levers? I have Centaur 11 shifters in silver/black, and am toying with swapping out the black inner levers with silver spares I have for an all-silver group. I know, silly aesthetics. Thanks!

Not hard but it can be difficult..same part number for all shift lever blades, Ultrashift or Powershift. Videos online on how to do it. Wee 3mm allen in front(brake blade off)...take front shift lever guts off..replace same way..onto the big thru shaft.
