I suspect these are the little spacers/shrouds that go under an ergo shifter body under the clamp?

If thats true I'm in luck as it seems a 10 speed chorus set I have is missing one.

They are shims used to reduce or extend the reach to the brake levers if I remember correctly

For gumby shaped levers only(2009+), increases reach of levers when installed. Not for 10s Chorus(2008 and older.
