Some very interesting and thought provoking content from Rapha. Whether you care for their products or the company, if you throw a leg over a frame it's worth the view.

I feel so old
No one profiled over 40
I was commuting the not so friendly streets of Boston 35 yrs ago. It wasn't always easy, had my fair share of doors, swipes, nudged off road and even a broadside.

But like the riders profiled, can't imagine ever not riding a bike - it is my release, it is my reality as well.

It may very well be that "Riding is the Answer", for some at least.

It is certain that the typical exhausted, boring clichés are not.

The ride photos posted by members here feel a 1,000 times more genuine and interesting.

Really?

well, it might be for some. I thought it could be a pretty good hype film for people that are just getting into ridding.

There is less of the serious rapha pro stuff on this. Just bunch of people trying to have a good time

All of those young folks are lovely, and I really enjoyed a biking wear company letting them talk about the why without shoving their product into the foreground.

All criticism of this content just sounds like hatorade.

Lovely young people on bikes. In America. Love it. Thank you Rapha et. al.

PS - I might buy that sweet green jersey!

I liked it too and I'm an old fart..but, where is that? Some rode on dirt roads w/o disc brakes/i-by/oversizedheadtubes..isn't that illegal?

------>>>>:)

People getting together and riding a farging bike..what's not to like? WHOGAS how old they are. MUCH better than some of the BS vids you get from sites like trekspecilizedgiantcannondale...

For a post above, 'hatorade'..I like that..anything 'rapha' and it comes out...

I like it. They're enjoying themselves and others on their bikes. What's not to like? Clothes are nice looking too.

Why are we so critical these days?

Love it
that's a great representation of riding in LA
I like the new 'gravel/road' feel they are appealing to Feels more accessible.

For an Angeleno, that film should be borderline insulting. At minimum, it's cliche-riddled. Does every NYC edit feature the Empire State Building or Central Park?

Wonder if the transplant with a humanities major, living in a $1200/month, 200sq ft tenement bachelor rode to the bald Rapha guy's $5M Hollywood Hills home where he lives with his Scientologist celebrity wife or if he just intercepted at Griffith Park.

That's because Rapha has been a lifestyle brand for as long as I remember them. Their marketing budget easily eclipses any R&D spent on their products.

Also, if the video clip ended with all the riders cracking open some bottles of Coca-Cola, or Modelos, it would've just made as much sense. So be vigilant about advertising and crack open another refreshing hot bottle of Haterade.
