Rules are about the same as the VCF rules (http://www.virtualcycling.org/dnn/Rules/RulesAllCompetitions/tabid/88/Default.aspx), exept you have to add 10 kg for the equipment and your ride has to be uploaded no later than 12 hours after you finish it.
