Without knowing if the description is accurate or not but assuming it is, what do you think someone will eventually pay for these? Or would pay for these if the seller thinks they are worth more than any potential offers.

Sometimes i see things like this and i think i want to know the answer to the price question more than i want the actual part, its somehow interesting to me what the value of these things are today. Im a curious guy i guess.

Something is wrong with them, the tops (cable adjuster) of it are wrong, no idea if they are like that or not.

Dude is in drugs... 500 bucks tops, dude has nothing to even justify 1000 bucks IMO.

500 tops really? Id think all nos deltas would go for 500 bux or more. Prototypes i would expect a lot more but have no idea of how much more.

Think they all look like that when you take the top part of, not sure if missing or sold like that. After all his claim is there is now only 4 of these ever so who knows .) ?

I dont think im really close to pulling the trigger regardless tbh .) but hes had only 1 negative in almost a 100 sales including some high value items. feedback procentages are not always reliable as an indicator imo.

When you are a bike geek its interesting to what the really rare things might be worth. Well to me it is anyhow.

The best way to determine that is to use the advanced search options and look up past completed sales.

Do that and get back to me with an accurate number .)

$400 seems a little more reasonable. A number of these on E-Bay for around that price.

I guess very few are as interested in the "rare" items and nuances as i am when it comes to campy judging by the responses.

These are missing pieces - there's a cam cover that envelopes the threaded area at the top.

does that piece work like a quick release?

Also do you have a set of these? What would you let them go for

Must be pb*bikes fratello in Italia.
On a serious note, I think those have been on and off for quite some time.
He probably counts on those being prototypes; no idea how much that would add to the value if true.

Most appear to sell around $400, a couple at $6-750, and one NOS w/ levers at $1200... about as accurate as you can get short of stalking every pair on every website. :bike:

Thanks but my point was that you cant look up old listings on ebay for an item that potentially there are less than 5 in existance of. Not saying that number is true but if prototype those are very rare (yes they do miss the top pieces) and that was my question this time. What will somebody eventually / potentially pay for a very very rare piece of campy history.

There are lots of deltas around but they are not all the same..
