ATTN Framebuilders: ISO some frame repair!

I have a road frame that has some sentimental value to me and I would hate for it to spend the rest of its life on a wall. Problem is it looks like the two chainstays are starting to crack right behind the BB shell. Its still rideable, but id rather get it fixed than wait for it to completely fail. Looking for someone I can pay to replace the stays. Located in the boston area but willing to ship!
