Recommendation - DC area cycling-focused personal trainer?

Subject says it all. Spouse would like to improve her climbing and thinks some weight training would help. Is looking at personal trainers in the DC area and I thought one with a bicycle focus could make this more worthwhile.

I gather there are a good number of forum members in the local area and thought someone may have a name to share.
