Getting Strava to record HR??

I can't get Strava to record my HR.
It sees the HRM and displays the HR but won't record.

Hardware:
Moto 5 (android)
Wahoo tickr x (bluetooth)

Paired the strap with the phone (with no other peripherals paired)
Open Strava, hit record, hit the sensor icon, pair the strap with the app
Strava shows the HR on the sensor screen but won't record during a ride

Strava FAQs say Wahoo is fully supported with android BT LE

??

Any ideas?

As of last Saturday, you have to log in to the website from a desktop browser and click through an info sharing agreement to allow heart rate info to post.

It's a one-time agreement (you don't have to do it for every ride). You can't do it through the app itself - it's gotta be a browser.

I just did mine yesterday.
