First this is no intention to bash anyone just providing some follow up info.

A couple of weeks ago I inquired here about Carver Cycles, got some interesting info including that I could likely get the same thing hot just a bit more domestically.

I speced a Custom “Newsboy” frame for a CX set up from both, same size and features. Again, clearler the Carver is built overseas.

Anyway the price for each is as follows
Carver Frame and Whisky Fork, including butted tubes where it helps (2) $1760
Ti Cycles Frame $4500

I will add I got excellent response from Davis Carver that included 3 complete drawings in the time I got a response and a price from Ti Cycles

This is a beginning of a process, more to come

Can’t speak for ti cycles but Carver has great customer service and follow up on a relatively cheap fork I wanted. I was impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Well, overseas made vs someone whose been building custom to frames since the 90s. Not surprised Dave's frames are more in line with other custom U.S. builders.
