I haven't been there in the last few days, but it seems that one of the new barriers is after the downhill. Looks like a serious accident waiting to happen.

I'm sorry that cars were banned from the park.

I was just there yesterday and I did not see them, maybe they put them afternoon.

Look, I am not advocating for them because I agree that is an accident waiting to happen, specially at night (which is a great time to go do park laps). At the same time some people ride like aholes there.... specially dudes in TT bikes where there is no way they are going to be able to brake going 35mph down that hill.
