I'm into the second week of riding my new All City Mr Pink and I'll have to say, it's a keeper....unless a Hampsten Strade Bianca turns my head.
Riding impressions: This thing is stable AF. Stable to the point of making it just a tad glitchy in fast, sharp turns. No problem...That's what the Masi 3V is for.
Fit and finish are impeccable for an off-the-rack frame with lots of nice little touches. It carries 35mm Challenge tires with room to spare.
It's also heavy...at least with the steel fork which adds about 1.5 lbs over the Whisky No.7+...but, IMHFO, that one was designed with a stupid stress riser. It also has CroMo instead of Zona stays. Thus the wistful lust for the Hampsten.
I'm going to use this as my commuter and (hopefully) bike packing/gravel racer.

Where are the pictures? (unless they're being hosted by Flickr, which is firewalled at my work).

Clement MSO 36 would make it an excellent gravel bikepacker. I liked the one I had. But like you said, a bit hefty. I wouldn't mind one for a commuter, either.

i regret selling mine. i would buy another if the next one has a different paint scheme, not a fan of the phony merckx so much. it's so comfy as a fast commuter and even main road bike. i used it exclusively for at least a year in its all steel form, around 19 lbs, and set a ton of strava personal records

My GF has one. She really likes it. I haven't spent much time in the saddle of it but my Impression when helping her build it were that it was a great production option

Pretty sneaky, I thought this was going to be a thread about the pink jersey winner.

Nothing beats a steel all arounder. I wouldn't trade my Black Mountain Cycles Monster cross for anything if I could only have one bike.

All this and no pics!

Well here's mine from today. I have a Force 22 crank to install this week! After 350 miles on this bike I've jived with the shifting.

Bikes like that can always easily be upgraded with a carbon fork down the road should you choose to, I have a steel SSCX with a Ritchey carbon fork that dropped the weight a huge amount

Is that hydro rim?
How long did that last? Are they still making it?

the Whisky No.7+...but, IMHFO, that one was designed with a stupid stress riser.

Can you please elaborate on this? Is there something wrong with my Whisky No. 7+?

The pictured fork is definitely not the current road plus model.

Looks like this one (http://www.treefortbikes.com/product/333222375015/1372/Whisky-Parts-Co-No-7-Road.html) - the old short reach version. I wonder how the shorter A-C length affects the handling.

Long on both ends. I bought it like that and wasn’t sure I’d keep the group so never fixed it.

Sure is. They aren’t making it anymore, maybe a few years? I’m still thinking di2 on this thing.
