Hi Guy's,

Just found a nice set of used Fulcrum Zero Carbons and the pads are Campy while I'm using Shimano DA 9000. Will they fit the DA holders? Spend the funds to buy new Shimano pads or just get new Campy holders? What would you recommend?

Just get the Shimano pads. the Fulcrum wheels make those pads pretty easy to find if you search for the Fulcrum pad version.

No, Campagnolo style pads will not fit Shimano brake shoes. I'm not sure that Campagnolo brake shoes will fit Shimano brakes (Campagnolo brake shoe mounting bolts are wider, and may not fit the slots on Shimano brakes).

As FlashUNC says, Fulcrum/Campagnolo makes carbon brake pads that fit Shimano brake shoes - just get a set of these.

I think that the latest Campy holders (2015+ maybe) take the same pad as the S brands but I'm not 100% on that.

2015+ Record & Chorus brakes still use Campagnolo specific pads, whereas the brakes on the lower level groups now use Shimano style pads. But in both cases, the brake shoes use the bigger diameter bolts (and the calipers have wider slots).

Just picked up a pair of Campy Hyperon tubular wheels. My bike is a Trek Madone with Bontrager brakes. The brakes use Shimano holders. So I ordered Campy carbon brake pads for Shimano holders like these:

Good Luck!
